This Privacy Policy explains how Union House Myanmar (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and mobile application for real-estate buying, selling, and renting in Myanmar.

Union House Myanmar is a real-estate listing platform that helps buyers, sellers, renters, and agents find and advertise properties, projects, and related news.

  • Account information: name, email, phone number, and password when you register as a user or agent.
  • Listing information: property details, photos, price, location, and related documents you upload.

  • Device information: device type, operating system, and app version for app settings and force-update checks.
  • Push notification token: a Firebase Cloud Messaging token so we can send listing and news alerts if you allow notifications.
  • Usage information: pages viewed, searches, saved wishlists, and similar activity needed to operate the service.

We do not require payment-card numbers in the app. Package purchases, if any, are handled through our advertised process.

3. How we use information

  • Create and manage your account.
  • Publish and display property or project listings you submit.
  • Connect buyers, sellers, renters, and agents.
  • Reply to inquiries and customer support requests.
  • Send push notifications about new properties, projects, or news when you have enabled them.
  • Keep the app secure, prevent abuse, and show required updates.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Sharing of information

We may share information only when needed to operate the service:

  • Public listing details you choose to publish (price, photos, location, contact details you include).
  • Service providers that help us host the website, send emails, or deliver push notifications (for example Firebase).

If you allow notifications, the app stores a device token and may subscribe to our news topic so we can send alerts. You can turn notifications off in your phone settings at any time.

We keep account and listing information while your account is active and as long as needed for legal, security, or business records. You may ask us to delete your account and related personal data.

7. Your choices

  • Update your profile in the app or website.
  • Disable push notifications on your device.

8. Children

The app is intended for adults looking for real-estate information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No online service is completely secure, so please use a strong password and keep your login private.
